Night at the Races

 

 

This is the hot ticket event of the year!  The Night at the Races has a history of selling out well

before the event date and each year several disappointed people get “wait listed.”  It is strongly

advised to purchase your tickets early.

 

As attendees pull up to the venue, they are greeted with complimentary valet parking.  Upon

entrance, the guests have the opportunity to draw for door prizes, purchase raffle tickets for an array of auction items, try their luck at winning a 50/50 drawing, top shelf liquor and wine baskets.  Then, they enjoy an exciting evening of wagering on horse races for cash payouts!  Every year, guests leave with a “Thank You” gift bag containing wine and homemade chocolates!

 

Many levels of sponsorship are available and appreciated: 

 

Platinum Sponsorship is $1,200.00~at the platinum level, sponsors receive 4 free tickets to the event, preferred seating, their logo is placed on all marketing and PR material prior to, during and after the event and a full page ad in the racing program. 

AND, THE ENTIRE TRACK IS NAMED FOR THE PLATINUM SPONSOR!

 

Gold Sponsorship is $600.00~at the gold level, sponsors receive 2 free tickets to the event,

company logo in all marketing material prior to, during and after the event and a half-page ad in the racing program.

 

Silver Sponsorship is $300,00~at the silver level, sponsors receive their company logo in all marketing material prior to, during and after the event and a quarter page ad in the event program.

 

Race Sponsorship is $100.00~race sponsors may name the race anything they like and are listed as sponsors for that race in the event program.

 

Horse Sponsorship is $20.00~horse sponsors may name their horse(s) anything they like and cheer them on to victory at the event. 

*Most ticket holders purchase horses to add excitement to their evening by hearing their horse name and their name called during the race.

 

Tickets are $30.00 each~Your ticket price entitles you to hot appetizers ALL EVENING LONG, as well as two (2) beverage tickets (shelf liquor, beer, wine and non-alcoholic selections included).

 

Three years in a row, a portion of the proceeds of this event have gone to benefit The Littlest Heroes (a 501c3 non-profit), that provides an array of services to children afflicted with cancer and their families, as well as the mission and programs of the Chesterland Chamber of Commerce.
